1. Permitted Use

This utility is provided solely to assist students in retrieving academic records from the official AKTU portal without needing a Date of Birth. You agree to use this tool only for legitimate and authorized lookup requests relating to your own record or where you have received explicit student permission.

2. Rate Limiting & Abuse

To protect server bandwidth and prevent denial of service (DoS), lookup actions are rate limited to 100 requests per IP address per day. Any attempts to circumvent these limits, automate bulk requests, or reverse-engineer the session-iteration logic are strictly prohibited.

3. No Affiliation

You acknowledge that this utility is a third-party developer tool and has **no affiliation** with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).
